A new era of dining in the city

Revolve is a lively, modern brasserie in the heart of the City brought to you by Tristram Hillier, Andrew Fishwick and Romain Pottier.

Located in the award-winning 100 Liverpool Street, our modern City brasserie draws inspiration from the grand dining institutions of Paris and New York. The all-day menu focuses on simple, timeless brasserie classics with British provenance at its heart. Transforming from a bustling weekday venue to a lively dining destination with ticketed chef dinners on weekends, Revolve features an exceptional cocktail list by an award-winning bar team, as well as a seasonal wine list.

Revolve’s guest chef series will offer a unique, rotating line-up of some of the world’s top culinary stars. Introducing the very best regional, and international chefs to the London food scene, bringing with them a new wave of dishes to the Revolve menu for you to enjoy with family, friends and colleagues.

Take time out of your day to enjoy some truly special food, drink and service in the stunning space, designed by award-winning interior design studio Kanvass, or take a table on the extended outside terrace for a true al-fresco dining experience in the heart of the City.

Revolve is open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Saturday with plans to further open to serve breakfast and Sunday brunches later this summer.
